The following general terms and conditions apply to your booking:
Minimum rental period: 5 nights. Ask us about the conditions for weekend reservations and shorter stays of 3 to 4 nights.
The following services are included in the rental price: Water, electricity, firewood, internet (WiFi), laundry and final cleaning as well as 10% VAT.
Check-in between 4 and 8 pm, check-out by 10 am. We ask for your understanding that we charge a surcharge for late arrivals: €20 after 8 pm, €40 after 10 pm and €60 from midnight.
Baby crib (€ 5 per night) and baby chair (€ 2.50 per day) are available on request. Please let us know when you make your reservation so that we can prepare everything in good time.
An extra bed can be booked in Casa Cantares, Casa Siri, Casa Grande, Casa Pino or Casa Canas for an additional €25 per night.
Smoking is prohibited in all houses.
Barbecues: According to the regulations of the local authorities, the use of barbecues is not permitted between June 1 and October 15 due to the risk of fire.
Pets are not allowed.
Promotions, discounts and rebates are not cumulative.
Cancellations:
up to 30 days before check-in: 100 % refund of the amount paid
up to 14 days before check-in: 50% refund of the amount paid
less than 14 days before check-in: no refund
Damage and additional costs:
The tenant may be held liable for any damage caused to the accommodation during the stay.
