As was the case 200 years ago, active agriculture is practiced on Rosas-Cantares. In contrast to the past, the olive groves and orchards are now managed organically and the Limousin cattle are kept organically. Traditionally, the olives are carefully knocked from the branches with a stick – a fascinating experience that you can experience up close. We produce our own certified organic olive oil with care and love. You can taste the quality in every drop.
The traditions of past cultures, such as wine and olive growing, have been preserved in the region. The surrounding vineyards produce excellent wines that reflect the authentic taste of southern Spain.
